Through the tireless efforts of Kristie McLean, a grist mill was built to help support the women in Begi who have obstetric fistula and despite surgery can not be completely healed. In 2015, the summer rains flooded out the mill. The Protect Your Sister Project was able to fund the repair of the mill.
